What is Streetmate?

Here at Streetmate we'll take you out onto the streets of London and show you how to meet singles in any situation that you want to see: Coffee shops, book shops, supermarkets and even hotties walking in the street!

How do you break the ice?

We find honesty works best. Just run up to the person you want to meet and say: Hi I thought you were really cute and had to come over and meet you. People respond well to honesty, they are always impressed, flattered and happy to chat to you.

What are the benefits of Streetmate?

Have you ever fancied someone on the tube or wished you could meet that hottie walking down your local high street? Now is your chance to do something about it. Once you've come to one of workshops your dating life is going to be the envy of your friends!

Why is it easier to meet singles in the street than in a nightclub?

In nightclubs people often put on an act. Guys act macho to impress and girls can act cold to fend off the losers. But in the street it's quite the opposite, people are their honest selves and appreciate the effort you've gone to.

Why is Streetmate better than internet dating?

On the street you have no competition. It's so simple! You see the person you want to meet, run up and have an instant chat. If you get on then you exchange information and see them again. If not, then tell them it was nice meeting them and you both resume walking.

Do you run seperate workshops for men and women?

Yes. To give you the the best possible experience we run seperate workshops for men and women.

Does Streetmate use pick up lines?

No! We do not use any scripts, fake stories or routines. We'll teach you how to improvise in your own natural way. Streetmate is not about picking up, it’s about meeting singles as you would normally meet people, the only difference being the location!
